Exchange and return:
Bullion is never replaced or returned after receiving the order, unless there is an error in the order or a manufacturing defect. In order to preserve the quality of the product, it cannot be returned except by returning it to the branch from which the order was received only.
If a defect or manufacturing error occurs in the product, it will be returned after reporting it within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The amount will be returned to the customer when the product is confirmed to be safe.
The return will not be made after the specified time limit has passed, or when it is not in the same condition in which you received it, or when the safety sticker of the product has been removed.
In the event of shipping, the product will be returned through the shipping company and then the product will be replaced for the customer (after undergoing examination).
Cancellation of orders:
The store may choose to accept, not accept or cancel orders in some cases, for example if the weight of the product you wish to purchase is not available or if the product is priced incorrectly or if it turns out that the order documentation procedures are incomplete within your account. The store will refund what you paid for canceled orders.
When can I get my money back if I cancel the order or return it?
After canceling the order or returning the product to us in the same original condition and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt. The amount will be returned to the account through which the payment was made after deducting administrative expenses, if any, within 48 hours. In the event of pressure, it takes from two days to a week.
